Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States: usually 8-14 business days after shipping
- International: usually 10-20 business days after shipping
Delivery times are estimates and can vary during holidays or because of customs or carrier delays.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us with your order number and we'll help. Orders with Shipping Protection are reshipped or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
